We take care to keep the information on this website (menu, prices, opening hours) accurate and up to date. It is, however, given for information only and may change without notice: only the menu and prices displayed at the restaurant are binding.
Links to other websites
This website links to outside services (WhatsApp, Google Maps). We have no control over their content or how they work, and cannot be held responsible for them. Their own terms and privacy rules apply.
Intellectual property
The texts, photos, videos and logo on this website are protected. Any reproduction, even partial, without written permission is prohibited.
Governing law
This website and this notice are governed by Tunisian law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be settled amicably, the courts of Tunis have jurisdiction.
Privacy policy
Bookings and quote requests
The website has no customer accounts, no newsletter and no online payment.
The booking and quote forms store nothing on our server. What you type in them (name, phone, date, number of guests, message) is only used to prepare a WhatsApp message, which you review and send yourself. We then receive your request on the restaurant's WhatsApp, just as if you had written to us directly.
- Why: to answer your request, confirm your booking or send you a quote.
- Who sees it: the restaurant team. The message goes through WhatsApp (Meta), under its own terms.
- How long: as long as it takes to handle your request, then 12 months at most.
- Your data is never sold, rented or used for advertising.
Server logs
Like any website, our server automatically records, for each visit, the IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser type. These logs are used only for security and to keep the site running. They are kept for 12 months at most, then deleted.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement or advertising tools. Fonts are served from our own server.
Google Maps (Contact page): the map only appears if you click “Show the map”. Google may then set cookies and receive your IP address, under its privacy policy. Without that click, no data is sent to Google.
Your rights
Under Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data, you may at any time ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its processing.
To do so, write to us by email hr@panorient.tn, on WhatsApp or by phone (details above). We reply within one month at most.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can contact the Tunisian data protection authority (INPDP, 1 rue Mohamed Moalla, 1002 Mutuelleville, Tunis). If you live in the European Union, you also have the rights set out in the GDPR.
